I declined the first call, but to my surprise, the same agent called back four more times in immediate succession. I had to manually hang up each time, which was both distracting and disruptive to my presentation. This behavior was highly unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for your customers’ time and circumstances. I found it very frustrating and inappropriate.
